Stephanie Cox has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Stephanie began their career at Spectrum Plastics Group in 2013, where they served as a Customer Account Specialist for three months before moving on to become an Account Manager. Eventually, they were promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager, a position they held until 2016. In 2016, Stephanie joined Industrial Custom Products as a Sales Account Manager, where they worked until mid-2017. Stephanie then transitioned to Businessolver, where they initially served as a Client Operations Advocate. In August 2020, Stephanie was promoted to the role of Client Operations Lead, a position they currently hold.

Stephanie Cox received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Iowa State University, completing their studies between 2006 and 2010.
