Wayne Roswell

Wayne Roswell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Wayne is currently employed as a Software Engineer 3 at Businessolver, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Worldpay from January 2020 to October 2021.

In 2019, Wayne held the position of a Full Stack Java Developer at Apex Systems and a Full-stack Developer at Kessel Run from July to November. During their time at Apex Systems, they contributed to the development of a data migration and validation application using Test Driven Development, Lean, and Agile practices. Wayne also collaborated with product managers and designers to define the future state and design of the application.

From 2015 to 2019, Wayne worked at C Squared Systems, LLC, where they served as a Software Team Lead from March 2018 to July 2019. Wayne played a role in determining monthly priorities and goals, implementing process changes to enhance productivity, and communicating with vendors and clients to address customer needs. Prior to their role as a team lead, Wayne worked as a Software Developer, focusing on designing and creating device drivers, building reporting software, and resolving bugs in the core Siteportal API and device drivers.

Before transitioning to software development roles, Wayne gained experience in various positions. Wayne worked as an Adventure Camp Coordinator and Ski Instructor at Ragged Mountain Resort from 2010 to 2015. At ADP, from May 2013 to December 2014, they served as an Application Developer, contributing to the development of web-based applications related to recruitment, hiring, and metrics analysis. Wayne also worked as a Programmer at Always On Call Answering Service, LLC from July 2012 to January 2013.

In addition, Wayne has previous experience as a Setup Technician and Restaurant Host at Mountain Club, where they were responsible for setting up function rooms and managing waitstaff. Wayne also worked as an Interlibrary Loan Student Helper at Plymouth State University from August 2008 to August 2009.

Wayne Roswell pursued their education starting in 2005 when they attended Lakes Region Community College. There, they obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Technology, completing their studies in 2007. With a desire to further their education, Wayne enrolled in Plymouth State University in 2008, where they remained until 2017. Throughout this period, they pursued a double major, earning a B.S degree in Computer Science and Creative Writing. Additionally, Wayne expanded their knowledge and skills by simultaneously completing a B.S degree in Business Administration and General Mathematics at Plymouth State University.
