Douglas Dunn

Douglas Dunn has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Douglas started their career in 2000 as a Solutions Design Engineer at Sprint, where they worked until 2004. In 2006, they joined Capital One as a Manager in Operations Analysis, and over the years, they advanced to Senior Manager and then Director positions. At Capital One, Douglas was responsible for product and analysis, business analysis, and operations analysis. In 2021, they joined BusPatrol as the Director of Quality, and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Director, overseeing quality and service. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success and Quality at BusPatrol.

Douglas Dunn has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Douglas also holds an MBA degree from the Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, with a focus on Strategy, Finance, and International Business.
