Marissa Amato

Marissa Amato is an experienced professional in government relations and legislative affairs, currently serving as the Community & Government Relations Manager at BusPatrol since August 2023 and as the Managing Partner at Sunshine State Strategies since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Legislative Assistant at the Florida Senate and Legislative Aide at the Florida House of Representatives. Marissa began their career with various internships in the legislative field, including positions at both the Florida Senate and the Florida House of Representatives. Marissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University.
