Michael J. Molina

Michael J. Molina serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at BusPatrol, a safety technology company focused on modernizing school bus fleets with AI-powered solutions. In addition, Michael is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for legal professionals. Previously, Michael was the VP, Legal - Deputy General Counsel at Flock Safety, where responsibilities included building a legal team, managing corporate counsel for a rapidly growing public safety SaaS, and overseeing various legal functions. Prior experience also includes serving as an attorney at Belluck & Fox, LLP, representing clients in complex toxic tort litigation, and as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where Michael conducted trials and handled legal motions. Michael holds a JD from St. John's University School of Law and a BA in History, Government, and Politics from St. John's University.
