Neil B. has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2015. In 2015, they began their career as a Marketing Intern at KnowledgePath Solutions Inc. where they worked directly under the Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing to help nurture leads, write white papers, and explore new markets for the e-commerce software development firm. In 2017, they became a Marketing and Investment Research Intern at Cabot Wealth Management where they prepared market reports on the lithium-ion battery industry and assisted in evaluating investment prospects, as well as spearheading the development of a new marketing campaign to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and designing event graphics. In 2019, Neil B. founded Melodize, a tool that helps users learn their favorite songs on piano instantly, and was awarded 2nd place at Northeastern's Venture Incubator. Neil also held roles at SkyWatch.AI as a Pro Bono Consulting Analyst (TAMID Group) and at NU Entrepreneurs Club as President and Vice President, managing Northeastern's largest student-run organization. Neil B. was also Head of Operations and Customer Success at BusRight, modernizing the nation's largest mass transit system, and held roles in Partnerships & Product Success and Outreach & Partnerships. In 2020, they became a Managing Partner at Dorm Room Fund, investing in student-led startups, and in 2021, they became a Catalyst Fellow at On Deck.
Neil B. attended Burlington High School before receiving a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Northeastern University. Neil also attended the Russian School of Mathematics.
