Evamaria Plehn

Evamaria Plehn has a diverse work experience in design and project management roles. Evamaria worked at BUSSE Design+Engineering GmbH from 2012 to present, holding positions as Head of UI/UX Design, Senior UX Architect, and Senior Projektmanager. Evamaria also served as a Teamlead UI/UX Design and Senior Projektmanager from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a User Interface & Kommunikationsdesignerin from 2012 to 2017. Before joining BUSSE Design+Engineering, Evamaria worked at Mission <one> GmbH as a Mediendesignerin from 2009 to 2012 and as a Duale Studentin Mediendesign from 2006 to 2009. Evamaria began their career as an Auszubildende Werbefotografie at SW Studio für Werbefotografie from 2003 to 2006 and later worked there as an Industrie- und Werbefotografin in 2006.

Evamaria Plehn's education history is as follows:

From 2006 to 2009, Evamaria Plehn attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mediendesign.

In 2018, they attended Haufe Akademie for an intensive course in Projektmanagement Basiswissen (Project Management Basics).

In 2017, they enrolled in UXQB and completed the CPUX-F UXQB Certified Professional for Usability & User Experience – Foundation program. Evamaria also attended the Usability Academy and became an Axure Prototyping Professional.

In 2014, they earned a certification as a Usability Engineer from IHK Köln.

In 2010, they pursued further education through a Fortbildung program focusing on Rhetorik & Präsentationstechnik (Rhetoric & Presentation Techniques).

Prior to their university education, from 2003 to 2006, Evamaria Plehn attended Gewerbliche Schule Bad Saulgau, where they completed a Fotografie (Photography) program and obtained the Geselle degree.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Benutzerzentrierte Gestaltung von Medizinprodukten" and "Design und Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten" from TÜV Rheinland Group in September 2022. Evamaria also received a certification in "Risikomanagement nach ISO 14971:2019/EN ISO 14971:2019+A11:2021" from TÜV Rheinland Group in July 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Projektmanagement Basiswissen intensiv" from Haufe Akademie in September 2018, and a certification in "CPUX-F Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level" from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V. in March 2017. In addition, they received a certification as an "Axure Prototyping Professional" from Usability Academy in February 2017. Evamaria also obtained a certification in "Usability Engineering" from IHK Köln in May 2014. Lastly, in September 2010, they received a certification in "Rhetorik & Präsentationstechnik" from an undisclosed institution.
