Oscar Lujan

Oscar Lujan has extensive work experience in finance and controlling roles. Oscar most recently worked as an International Controlling Manager at BusUp starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at BMB Investment from January 2014 to September 2022, where they were responsible for financial control and advisory services for managed assets and investment funds. Oscar also handled accounting information, prepared financial reports, conducted project feasibility analysis, managed treasury, implemented new processes, and maintained relationships with banks and auditors.

Before BMB Investment, Oscar worked at Casacuberta Villamil from March 2011 to March 2013 as a Controller. In this role, they prepared and analyzed financial reports, managed budgets, monitored cash flow, assessed investment profitability, and worked as an intermediary for foreign subsidiaries on economic, financial, and tax matters.

Oscar also has experience as a Financial Consultant at their own consultancy firm and as a Controller-Deputy CFO at Mediform from November 2005 to February 2010. At Mediform, they were responsible for financial reporting, budget monitoring, monthly closings, analytical accounts, managing external advisors and auditors, and implementing financial control systems.

Additionally, Oscar worked as a Controller-Deputy CFO at Conei Overseas from February 2004 to November 2005 and as a Management Control Technician at Cofidis Hispania from January 2001 to February 2004. In these roles, they prepared and validated monthly reports, budgets, and five-year plans, and also directed and participated in control management projects.

Oscar Lujan pursued their education from 1997 to 1999 at the Universidad de Cantabria, where they obtained a Licenciado degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
