Felix Schuchter

Felix Schuchter has extensive experience in sales, business development, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Busuu since November 2018, Felix leads and scales a team of SDRs and BDMs, achieving over 100% year-on-year revenue and headcount growth. Previously, Felix built the B2B business for Busuu and held various roles in education, including Programme Director for the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, where a targeted recruitment strategy resulted in over 70 candidate placements with high-growth companies. In addition, Felix has worked as a consultant for education start-ups, an Investment Associate at Fundie Ventures, and has teaching experience in English and literacy. Felix holds an MBA from IE Business School and a bachelor's degree in History and Politics from Newcastle University, along with a PGCE.
