Phil McKenzie is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Busy Bees Early Learning since October 2023, Phil previously held the same title at Pacific Smiles Group from October 2018 to August 2023, and at amg™ from August 2016 to October 2018. Phil's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Widex, Apple Retail, Luxottica Retail, Optus, Country Road, and McDonald's APMEA. Educational qualifications include certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Monash University, along with a degree in Management & Marketing from Auckland University of Technology. Phil has demonstrated expertise in managing operations and driving growth in diverse markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.
