Timo Tschersig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Timo started their career at Clariant (Deutschland) GmbH in 1999, where they held positions in marketing and sales, supply chain management, and business support & controlling. Timo also worked as an in-house consultant at Clariant before becoming the Regional Manager for East Europe at Clariant International Ltd. in 2005. In 2008, they joined LG International as the GM of Chemicals Europe, where they managed a business unit with a P&L exceeding $100 million. Later, in 2015, they became the VP of Account Management, Customer Success, and Support at BusyLamp. In the same year, they also started their own consultancy, TCON, where they offered services to chemical and startup companies in the areas of digitalization, marketing methods, sales boosting, and market entry preparation. Timo also acted as an interim COO/CFO or General Manager during this time. Throughout their career, Timo Tschersig has demonstrated expertise in areas such as general management, marketing, sales, procurement, risk management, and HR.

From 1996 to 1999, Timo Tschersig pursued their education at Hoechst AG, where they earned a degree in Industrial Business Management as an Industriekaufmann.
