Leah Melnick

Leah Melnick has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Leah started their career as a Research Assistant at Clark University in 2008. In 2010, they interned at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources, focusing on renewable energy.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Intern and later as an Analyst at Sustainable Energy Advantage, where they monitored and analyzed renewable energy policies and regulations.

Following their time at Sustainable Energy Advantage, Leah joined New England Country Foods as an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2015. Leah then moved to Something GUD, Inc. / Zest Local Foods, where they served as a Logistics and Operations Manager for a short period in 2015, overseeing logistics, personnel management, financial modeling, and customer analysis.

Starting in 2016, Leah joined Social Fulcrum, working their way up from an Account Coordinator to a Senior Account Manager. During their tenure, they managed accounts and coordinated advertising campaigns.

Leah'smost recent position is with ButcherBox, where they first worked as a Digital Marketer from 2019 to 2021. Leah then progressed to the role of Director of Performance Marketing, overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Leah Melnick pursued their education in Environmental Science and Policy at Clark University. Leah completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from the university between 2006 and 2010. Subsequently, they went on to obtain a Masters degree with a focus on Environmental Science and Policy from the same institution between 2010 and 2011.
