Lesley Mottla currently serves as the Chief Product & Experience Officer at ButcherBox, where leadership spans Product Management, Insights, Engineering, Data, Process & Delivery, and Customer Service, focusing on sustainably sourced proteins. As a member of the Board of Advisors for Mightier, a Boston Children's Hospital initiative, Lesley contributes to bio-feedback gaming designed to teach self-regulation to children. Previous roles include Customer Experience Strategist at The Farmer's Dog, Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer at M.Gemi, and EVP of Global Product & Customer Experience Officer at Zipcar, where Lesley was instrumental in developing award-winning car-sharing experiences. Early career experiences at Microsoft, Groove Networks, and Indigo involved product management and marketing, and pioneering collaboration software and printing technology. Lesley holds an M.B.A. from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
