Sara Griffin

Sara Griffin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business operations and transformation, currently serving as Vice President at ButcherBox since September 2023. A member of Chief since March 2025, Sara is dedicated to empowering women leaders. As Chairperson of the Board for the Wayzata Education Fund, Sara supports local public schools through volunteer initiatives. Previously, Sara worked as an Independent Consultant at BoldFox Group, providing strategic project management and operations leadership for various educational organizations. Sara has held significant roles at Uncommon Schools, including Director of Operations Projects, where leadership was demonstrated during critical COVID-19 initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Childhood Education from Pace University.
