Katherine had lead Butchershop’s business operations, company culture, and communications for close to a decade. During her tenure, she has overseen the organization’s evolution as it has quintupled in size and revenue, including expansion to Mexico and the European Union. She has invented programs and practices to keep Butchershop Global performing at their best through strategic rapid growth — all while maintaining their company’s incomparable culture which clients greatly value.
A Vassar alumni, prior to Butchershop she spent 7 years in the fashion industry growing and distributing luxury brands. A coastal straddler, she is a sponge of aesthetics and commerce, culture and trend. She brings art to organizational design.
