Robert Valdivia

Robert Valdivia has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and sales engineering spanning over 15 years. Robert started their career as a Shop Foreman where they managed staff, recruited and hired new employees, and provided orientation and training to machine operators. Robert then worked as a CNC Programmer, primarily responsible for creating and editing CNC programs and blueprints. Valdivia then transitioned to Sales Engineering at WIDIA Products Group, where they worked as a Sales Engineer responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships. As Assistant Manufacturing Manager at North Heartland Tool, they supervised daily operations of the manufacturing department. Later they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Abrasive & Tools of NH, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues of customers.
