Beth Reeder

Beth Reeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and training. Currently serving as a Training Specialist at Kansas Children's Service League since September 2024, Reeder also works as an Adjunct Instructor at Butler Community College, teaching Principles of Early Childhood I & II. As the Owner and Trainer at Make a Difference Training & Consultation, Reeder provides customized training solutions for various agencies. Previous roles include Senior Program Director at Greater Wichita YMCA and Teacher for 3 & 4-year-olds at Wichita Collegiate School. With a strong background in staff development and program coordination at organizations such as Rainbows United, Inc. and Child Start, Reeder has also directed media for Imagine That Toys and advocated for truancy review as part of Roots & Wings. Reeder's educational background includes degrees and certifications from Southwestern College and Southern Methodist University, with a focus on Christian Studies.
