Jon Cressler

Jon Cressler has extensive experience in career development and workforce training, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Employee Training at Butler Community College since June 2012, where consulting on customized training solutions has resulted in improved client profitability and employee engagement. In addition to this role, Jon is an adjunct instructor and investor at Pour House, LLC since July 2018. Jon has a history of community involvement, including serving as a past chairman of the Advisory Board for Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County and as a charter member and chairman of the Wichita Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation until November 2016. Education includes a Master of Science in Management from Friends University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Wichita State University.
