Matt Jansen

Director Of Client Services at Butler Community College

Matt Jansen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt began their career as a Customer Support Engineer at Entex IT Services in 1998. From there, they moved on to Via Christi Health, where they worked as a PC Support Technician providing hardware and software support to a large user environment. In 2003, they joined Boeing as an Enterprise Helpdesk Analyst, where they provided remote desktop/software support, network troubleshooting, and training. Following this, they worked at Spirit AeroSystems as a part of the Enterprise Computing Security Encryption Products team, supporting PKI certificate services and encryption software. In 2010, Matt joined Experis as an Endpoint Computing Security specialist, responsible for managing anti-virus and firewall systems. Matt then transitioned to Netra Technologies, Inc. as a Security Analyst, before eventually becoming the Director of Client Services at Butler Community College in 2016.

Matt Jansen attended Butler Community College from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Matt obtained an Associate in Science degree from the same institution in 2020. Matt Jansen has also received certifications including McAfee ePO from McAfee Security in 2014 and an A+ certification from CompTIA.
