Stella L. possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Quote Engineer at BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. since March 2018, Stella has developed strong skills in pricing and project estimation. Prior to this role, Stella worked as a Quotation Engineer at Butler Manufacturing from November 2011 and held the position of Project Drafting Coordinator/Connection Designer at Groupe Canam/Canam Group from January 2001 to November 2011. Stella holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
