Benjamin Fresby

Benjamin Fresby, Esq. is currently an Associate Attorney at Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig LLP, focusing on extra-contractual matters and coverage defense. Prior to their current position, Benjamin gained experience in various legal roles including internships at the State Attorney's Office and U.S. District Courts. Benjamin also has experience in healthcare administration and customer service from their time as Director of Life Enrichment at Greystone Health Network and as a Server at Cracker Barrel. Benjamin holds a JD from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of South Florida.
