Nicole Henry has extensive work experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client operations and account management. Nicole started their career as an Account Services Intern at Butler/Till and steadily progressed through various roles, including Assistant Account Executive, Account Executive, Sr. Account Executive, and Account Supervisor. In these roles, Nicole was responsible for overseeing integrated media and communications strategies for clients in regulated industries, managing budgets and account growth, developing presentations, coordinating media plans, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, they gained experience in public relations as a Public Relations Intern at Dixon Schwabl and in development as a Development Intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western New York. Nicole also held multiple leadership positions at AAF Greater Rochester, including President, Immediate Past President, First Vice President, VP of Membership, and Social Media Chair. Nicole managed the membership database, developed communications for new members, and contributed to the overall growth and success of the organization. Nicole Henry received their BA degree in Communication and Journalism - Public Relations from St. John Fisher College in 2013. Nicole also completed minors in American Studies and Marketing at the same institution. In 2012, Nicole briefly studied Marketing and Irish Studies at the University of Limerick. Prior to their college education, they obtained their Regents Diploma from Camden Senior High School in 2009. Additionally, Nicole has obtained several certifications, including "How Leaders Can Motivate Others by Creating Meaning," "Leading during Times of Change," and "Coaching and Developing Employees," from LinkedIn in the years 2023, 2022, and 2020, respectively.
