Shivanand Nuka is an accomplished global leader in operations and service delivery, currently serving as Director of Operations & Service Delivery at Ergo since November 2023, overseeing a diverse managed services portfolio for high-profile clients in the Financial, Pharma, and Public sectors. Previously, Shivanand held significant roles including Head of DCC Program EMEA at Amazon Web Services from March 2021 to September 2023, where accountability for service delivery and IT service management across the EMEA region was central.
