Maryrose Lovgren

MaryRose Lovgren is an experienced Education Administrator with a focus on Career Technical Education (CTE) at the Butte County Office of Education since August 2014. In this role, MaryRose supports various programs including teacher mentorship and adult education. Additionally, as Project Coordinator for the CTE Online Curriculum Writing Project, MaryRose facilitates the development of integrated curriculum materials. Previous positions include serving as a Science Content Specialist at California State University, Chico, and freelance graphic design for interpretive panels with both the City of Chico Parks Department and California State Parks. MaryRose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology and English from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Education in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University, and relevant teaching credentials from California State University, Chico, and San Diego State University.
