Anthony Moran

Anthony Moran is an experienced program administrator and manager with a strong background in the hospitality and insurance industries. Currently serving as a Program Administrator III at CleanCounts since August 2025, Anthony previously held the position of Member Experience Manager at Industrious, where significant occupancy increases and strategic partnerships were established. Experience at The Umstead Hotel and Spa included enhancing room revenue and optimizing booking processes, while a role at American Family Insurance focused on catastrophe claims operations and platform improvements. Additionally, Anthony has a history of training and operational management in hotel settings, having contributed to national training programs and internal communications across numerous properties. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and English Literature from the University of Tasmania.
