Grace Lee

Grace Lee is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as IT Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics at Butterball, LLC since November 2023, Grace has previously held the position of Business Analytics Manager at American Family Insurance from January 2020 to May 2023. Prior to this, Grace worked as IT Manager for Business Intelligence at Fiskars, responsible for managing the Business Intelligence environment. Earlier roles included Senior Business Systems Analyst and CRM Administrator at ABS Global, as well as customer service positions at Lands' End and Ameritech. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
