Cynthia Zhu

Cynthia Zhu is a dedicated professional with experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at Butterfly Effects since August 2021. Previously, Cynthia served as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Red Rock Volleyball Club from October 2021 to June 2023, and in the same role at San Ramon Valley Unified School District in April-May 2021. Early career experience includes working as a Nanny for College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors from October 2017 to February 2019, where tutoring in elementary/middle school level subjects and organizing age-appropriate activities was a key responsibility, and at Sitter Friends from February to August 2017, focusing on childcare and educational support for children aged 3 months to 8 years. Cynthia is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development at San José State University, having earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field with a community focus from the same institution in 2021.
