Gabriela Marques

Gabriela Marques has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gabriela currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Butterfly Effects, where they oversee the organization's revenue cycle processes. Prior to this role, they worked as a Collections Manager at the same company, managing the credentialing department and providing support to the collections department regarding claims denial related to credentialing.

Before joining Butterfly Effects, Gabriela worked at Advanced Recovery Systems as a Collections Manager and RCM Auditor in the substance abuse field. Gabriela was awarded Employee of the Quarter in 2012 and recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Gabriela also has experience outside the healthcare industry. Gabriela worked as a General Manager at RM Logitech Inc, where they scheduled and coordinated technicians for repairs and installations and managed customer and vendor relations. Additionally, they worked at Ace Kitchen Direct as a Scheduler, Freight Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Design consultant. Gabriela was recognized as the Most Dedicated Employee in 2009 for their work in this role.

Gabriela Marques has an extensive education history starting from 2011. In 2011, they attended Everest University and studied Medical Billing and Coding. After completing their time there in 2012, they pursued further education at Broward College from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Following this, Gabriela Marques continued their education at Florida Atlantic University - College of Business from 2018 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In 2020, they again attended Florida Atlantic University to pursue their Master's in Health Administration, which they completed in 2021. Furthermore, Gabriela Marques obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Florida Atlantic University in May 2021.
