Nicole Snow

Nicole Snow is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis. Currently serving at Butterfly Effects since August 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers from June 2020 to August 2024. With a strong foundation as a BCBA developed through roles at The Shape of Behavior and Skill Sprout, Nicole has continually demonstrated expertise in managing clinical staff, overseeing evidence-based intervention services, and conducting comprehensive assessments to design effective behavior plans. Nicole holds a Master of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Governors University.
