Bianca Cawthorne

Bianca Cawthorne is the Group CEO and Founder of Butterfly, a business Bianca established in 2009 to incorporate human emotion and insight into strategy. Bianca's extensive experience includes working as a Partner at April Strategy LLP and as a Creative Strategist with various agencies. Additionally, Bianca has held positions in innovation and project management at companies such as Diageo and Camelot. Bianca holds a degree in English from the University of St Andrews.
