Hamzah Bokhari is the Head of Regional Operations at Butterfly, a leading employee feedback and engagement software company in Pakistan. Hamzah has been with Butterfly for 5 years, and in that time has held various positions including Manager, Sales Intelligence, SME Project Manager, Business Analyst.
Butterfly provides organizations with a full-cycle feedback solution (eNPS, employee sentiment & engagement drivers) specifically designed for deskless employees and their managers. Their accessible pulse surveys give hourly employees the opportunity to get their voice heard, through anonymous, ongoing and actionable feedback. This feedback is then analyzed in real-time to provide personalized guidance and support to each unique manager.
Unlike other employee engagement tools that require email access, desktop computers or hour-long surveys, Butterfly fits the needs and work styles of deskless supply chain workers. Butterfly allows companies to understand employee sentiment by soliciting feedback directly within the systems their employees use day to day (such as their time & attendance tracking tools) and designing the feedback loop to fit their constantly changing work schedules. Butterfly's survey technology makes collecting feedback from deskless workers and delivering actionable insights to managers seamless and scalable across even the largest supply chain workforces.
In addition to their work at Butterfly, Hamzah is also the Founder of Po-Khi-Mon Express, a 2-month project aimed at providing express shipping services for e-commerce businesses in Pakistan. Hamzah is also a Founding Member of www.urbanite.pk, an online platform for connecting Pakistani youth with opportunities in their cities.
