Joanne Temenu

Joanne Temenu is currently the Head of People and Culture at Buttermilk since November 2023. Prior to this, Joanne held the role of Head of HR at Captivate Group from June 2022 to January 2024. With a background in Human Resources, Joanne has also worked in various HR roles at companies such as SEEN Connects, Threads Styling, YunoJuno, Digitas UK, and Crowdmix. Joanne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Loughborough University, a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire, and additional certifications in counselling skills and mental health first aid.
