Gristel Tali

Gristel Tali is an experienced leader in product management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Milrem Robotics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gristel held the position of Chief Product Officer at Salv, an anti-money laundering platform for financial institutions, and at Katana Cloud Inventory, where the focus was on empowering entrepreneurs. Gristel co-founded and served as CEO of Lehe Brewery, one of Estonia's pioneering craft breweries, and has held significant positions in HR and operational management across various companies, including Eesti Energia AS and BCS Itera. With a strong educational background in economics and business administration from Estonian Business School and University of Tartu, Gristel possesses a robust portfolio of skills in product strategy, team building, and project management.
