Catherine Fenwick

Catherine Fenwick has a wealth of experience in the food industry. Catherine began their career in 2011 as the Health & Food Safety Compliance Manager at Leathams Ltd. Catherine then moved to Greencore in 2014, where they took on the roles of Technical Controller, Technical Manager, and Quality Manager. Most recently, they have been the Head Of Technical Department at Butternut Box since 2020.

Catherine Fenwick attended CPGE Lycée Thiers from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Catherine then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Food and Agronomy Science at Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon from 2002 to 2006.
