Matthew May has been working in the customer service and sales industry since 2013. Matthew started their career as a Sales Assistant at Lloyd Shoe Co LTD (Topman), where they assisted customers and improved the presentation and organization of the department. In 2014, they moved to Majestic Wine, where they worked as a Trainee Manager, delivering exceptional service to customers and helping to run a smooth operation. In 2015, they worked as a Sales Order Assistant at Natural Balance Foods, resolving sales order queries and providing excellent customer service. In 2016, they worked as a Cleaning Operative at NuBrite Cleaning. In 2017, they worked as a General Assistant at Medical Detection Dogs, handling the management and maintenance of seven fleet vehicles, keeping on top of the daily running of the charity, and providing excellent customer service at events. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee Engineer at Openreach. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Advisor at Ted Baker. From 2020 to present, they have been working as a Complaints Officer and Customer Service Advisor at Longhurst Group, and is currently working as a Customer Love Team at Butternut Box.
Matthew May attended the University of Winchester from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor Of Arts With Honours in Film Studies With Theirtory. Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeth High School Carmarthen from 2002 to 2009.
