Alja Welleweerd

Alja Welleweerd is an experienced Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige with a strong background in mental health care. Currently employed at BuurtzorgT since September 2022, Alja previously worked at Dimence from March 2015 to June 2022, where various roles included senior and developmental disorder-focused positions in the SGGZ team. Prior experience includes coordinating a nursing team at Carinova between June 2011 and March 2015, and multiple nursing roles at Isala and GGZ Meerkanten from 2008 to 2011. Alja holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Windesheim and a Post HBO degree in Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkunde from the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen. Additional education includes a course in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy completed in late 2020.
