Paula Verstraeten

Paula Verstraeten is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in the field of mental health. Currently serving as a psychiatrist at BuurtzorgT since July 2022, Paula has also held the position of visitor at the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychiatrie since January 2020. Previous roles include psychiatrist at IrisZorg from May 2018 to July 2022, where work was focused on FACT services in Nijmegen and Arnhem, and psychiatrist positions at Novadic-Kentron, Canisius-Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis, Pro Persona, Rijnstate Ziekenhuis, and GGNet. Beginning in clinical training as an AIOS at de Gelderse Roos and a psychiatric ANIOS at Alysis Zorggroep, Paula completed a degree in Medicine at Radboud University from 2000 to 2006.
