Paul Schlesinger

Paul Schlesinger is a senior vice president with Buxton, the industry leader in applying data and analytics to the retail site selection process. Paul joined Buxton in 2003 and leads the company’s Private Equity vertical, which is focused on identifying growth and opportunity for current or potential investors in retail and healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Buxton, Paul spent 7 years as Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Harry and David, America’s premier choice for gourmet gifts since 1934. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of site selection and lease negotiation, as well as oversight over store design and construction.
