Tony Pardoe is an MBA, PMP with extensive experience in IT operations, compliance, governance, and project management. Theircareer began in 1986 as a Manufacturing Systems Coordinator at Vistawall Architectural Products, where they coordinated and executed Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems which resulted in a 50% inventory reduction. Tony then moved to Andersen Consulting in 1989 as a Business Systems Consultant, where they provided high quality, functional, and technical solutions for a variety of large clients in the Hospitality and Property Management industries.

In 1993, Tony joined Security Bank SSB as a Systems Administrator, where they provided technical support to over 400 users and administered a Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD) system which generated over 800 customer and financial reports daily. Tony also designed and proposed a $1M investment in document imaging technology with a three year return on investment.

In 1997, Tony moved to Envirogen Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they provided technical support to integrate Windows, NetWare, and Oracle v7.3 databases. Tony also developed SQL scripts to streamline and troubleshoot data conversion projects and successfully implemented a Frame-Relay Wide Area Network and corporate intranet.

Tony then moved to John Deere Insurance / Sentry Insurance as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they were the technical team lead for business relocation, thin-client computing redundancy, and automated software deployment. Tony led a business operations relocation effort and implemented a redundant Citrix environment, resulting in a 75% time reduction in workstation deployment.

In 1999, Tony joined Sunrise Medical, Inc. as the Director of Global Technical Services, where they directed world-wide technical services operations for a $600 million medical manufacturing company with 2,300 employees. Tony successfully merged and re-organized disparate technical operations into one global service delivery team with a clear strategic vision.

In 2005, Tony became the Business Owner of AJ Consulting, Inc., where they provided honest and professional IT consulting for small to mid-sized organizations through Project Management, IT Service Management, Compliance, and Data Centre Relocation services. Tony also conducted an IT Governance audit of a leading biofuel technology company, using COBIT and COSO standards to prepare the company for Sarbanes-Oxley audit.

In 2011, Tony moved to Long View Systems as a Site Manager and IT Consultant, where they provided primary customer relationship management of several Enterprise clients in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing and Energy industries. Tony built strong relationships with both internal and external customers to successfully maintain and expand managed services contracts.

Finally, in 2015, Tony joined BIM - Buy It Mobility Networks as an IT Operations & Compliance and IT Operations & Governance professional. Tony achieved and maintained SSAE 18 SOC2 Type 2 certification for the past 3 years and maintained over 99.9% uptime during substantial business volume growth. Tony also managed the development and operations of the IT infrastructure and processes to support an ACH transactional payments processing platform, and developed and executed annual disaster recovery testing with failover and rollback of PROD operations to a secondary datacenter.

Tony Pardoe obtained their MBA from Cardinal Stritch University between 1992 and 1994. Tony also earned a Bachelor from the University of Northern Iowa between 1981 and 1985, majoring in Technology with a minor in Manufacturing and Business. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
