Cyril Nowak

Cyril N. is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, RecOps, and HRBP at BuyCo since August 2022, where responsibilities include scaling recruitment efforts globally and promoting best practices internally. Prior to this, Cyril held the position of Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at Gojob from December 2021 to July 2022, acting as a key liaison between the tech team and potential candidates across various technical domains. Cyril’s career also includes roles as a Career Advisor and IT People Sourcer at Solutions and Performances, Consultant en recrutement IT at Ergalis, and Chef de projet 360° junior at Agence TAXI. Educationally, Cyril holds a Master's degree from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's degree from the Univerza v Mariboru, alongside a DUT from Université Paul Cézanne.
