Nicolás S.

Nicolás S. has a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. Nicolás began their career in 2012 as a Web Developer at APSA Capacitación. In the same year, they also took a Software Engineer role at Startup Chile, where they led the development of a Mobile Application using Hybrid technologies and published and managed the applications in the stores for iOS and Android. In 2013, they became a Software Engineer and Technical Leader at neurobits. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Octano, Punto Ticket, and Foris, respectively, as a Software Engineer. During this time, they developed solutions for custom eCommerce systems, monitored APIs, created WordPress plugins, and refactored old code. In 2019, they took on two roles, Software Architect and Technical Lead at Globant, and CTO at Mantra AI. Finally, they are currently the CTO at Buydepa.

Nicolás S. began their educational journey in 2007 at INACAP, where they obtained a Degree in Design and Multimedia Programming in 2010. After that, they attended Universidad de Arte y Ciencias Sociales ARCIS, where they earned a Licenciatura en Cine in 2014. In 2016, they earned a Diploma in Data Visualization from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Nicolás then pursued a Master's degree in Information Processing and Management from the same institution, which they obtained in 2019. Most recently, Nicolás S. earned a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2021. Additionally, Nicolás S. holds three certifications: UX-PM - Level 1 from UXalliance, obtained in June 2017; a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation, obtained in March 2017; and a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf.
