Lennard Stijohann

Lennard Stijohann has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lennard is currently the Head of People & Organization at Buying Labs since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at SmileDirectClub as the Senior Manager, People & Organization DACH/BeNeLux, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as establishing and developing the P&O Department in Germany, managing strategic HR projects, and handling labor law measures and recruiting. Before that, Lennard worked at Gebr. Heinemann as the Coordinator HR Cruise Liner and HR Development, where they supervised HR issues for retail/shop department employees on cruise ships, developed HR projects, and implemented remuneration models. Lennard also gained experience at Jungheinrich AG as an Internship Management intern, Block Gruppe as a Bachelorand, Gerhard D. Wempe KG in Human Resources, and Fujitsu during their dual studies.

Lennard Stijohann obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law-Economics-Human Resources Management from Ernst-Moritz-Arndt Universität Greifswald between 2012 and 2016. Lennard pursued a weiterbildendes Studium in Mediation Kompakt and earned the title of Mediator (univ.) from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2020. Currently, they are enrolled in a course at Zentralinstitut für psychische Gesundheit Mannheim and will receive a certificate for Ersthelfer für psychische Gesundheit - MHFA in 2023.
