Augusta Fornstedt

Augusta Fornstedt currently serves as Senior Director of People & Organization for Sweden and P&O Transformation Lead for Europe at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, a position held since June 2025. In this role, Augusta leads the Swedish P&O team, managing approximately 30 colleagues and supporting around 4,500 employees across Sweden, while primarily focusing on the integration of the Schenker P&O team with DSV's HR organization amid the merger of the two companies. Prior to DSV, Augusta held various positions at DB Schenker from May 2012 to October 2025, including Head of People & Organization Business Partner for the Nordics and HR Manager roles. Earlier career experiences include HR coordination and administration roles at multiple retail companies. Augusta earned a Kandidatexamen degree in Organization and Human Resource Development from the University of Borås between 2010 and 2013.
