Vladimir Volobouev

Vladimir Volobouev has over 17 years of experience in the field of technical operations and IT services. Vladimir currently holds the position of Senior Cloud Operations Engineer and Vice President at State Street since October 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Technical Operations at Buzz Points, Inc. starting from March 2016. Before that, they worked at AgileAssets Inc. as the Director of IT, Hosted and Technical Services, as well as the Hosting Services and Deployment Manager. Vladimir has also held the position of Hosted Services Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Motive. Vladimir began their career at IBM as a Technical Solutions Manager.

Vladimir Volobouev pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. Vladimir furthered their knowledge in the field by completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution, from 1999 to 2001. Later on, in 2011 to 2013, Vladimir attended Concordia University Texas to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In addition to their formal education, Vladimir Volobouev obtained the AWS Solutions Architect certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2018.
