Lotie Harris has held a number of positions in the past decade. In 2013, they began their career as a Cashier at Waitrose. In 2017, they took on the role of Manager at Homeslice Pizza, as well as an Intern at Coalition Agency. In 2018, Lotie became an Office Manager at Office Angels. The following year, they worked as a Member Host at The Office Group. From 2020 to 2022, Lotie held two positions at Floom, first as a Senior Customer Experience Executive and then as a Customer Service Associate Agent. Currently, they are the Rider Happiness Team Lead at Buzzbike.

Lotie Harris obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Music Business and Innovation from The Academy of Contemporary Music between 2015 and 2017. Lotie has also obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn, Communicating with Emotional Intelligence and Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities, both obtained in August 2022.
