Born in 1975. Graduated with honors from the University of Turin School of Law in 1999, she started practicing at the Bonelli Erede Pappalardo law firm. In 2000 she joined the family business as Director of Azimut Benetti SpA, the world’s leading builder of motor yachts, of which she is now Executive Vice Chairman, with responsibility for strategy and product development, as well as group R&D. She sits in the Board of Directors of Marina di Varazze Srl, AB Finance PLC, Lusben Varazze Srl and Breithorn Srl. Member of the executive committee of Boot Düsseldorf and Vice Chairman of Fondazione Altagamma. Shareholding in Buzzi Unicem: ordinary n. 8,300.

As of December 31, 2011, the Company had an overall production capacity of approximately 44 million tons of cement per year, and it operated 39 cement plants, 558 ready-mix concrete plants, 37 aggregate quarries and 41 terminals.
