Dawn Wilson

Dawn Wilson, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Buzzi Unicem USA since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Compensation and Benefits Manager at Pocono Medical Center (June 2012 - December 2015) and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Newton Memorial Hospital (May 1994 - January 2012), overseeing compensation administration for 1,900 and 1,200 employees, respectively. Additional experience includes consulting and recruiting positions at Atlantic Health System. Dawn's educational background features a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Marist College.
