Devanathan P (Dev) has been in the Recruitment business for almost a decade, started his Recruitment carrier as an employee in a consulting company and grown to the level of setting his own enterprise Vertx Solutions (VertX) in 2008. Dev, basically mechanical Engineer but out of passion and interested, he stepped in to this recruitment industry. Before VertX, Dev was with HCL Technologies. He was headhunted to join HCL to head their recruitment of Enterprise Application Services division in Chennai. Prior to HCL, he was with Manpower (www.Manpower.co.in) a global staffing and recruitment company. He was also worked companies like ABC Consultants a 40 year old HR consulting firm in India, and perhaps the pioneer in HR Consulting space. Dev was part of their IT team. And prior to joining ABC, he was with Alchemist HR Services in Chennai.
