Rick Garlick is a seasoned consulting professional with extensive experience in research and strategy across various sectors, including hospitality and travel. Currently serving as a Consulting Partner at BVA BDRC and an Adjunct Faculty member at Penn State School of Hospitality Management, Rick also operates Richard Garlick and Associates Consulting and Research Services, focusing on enhancing brand and customer engagement. Previously, Rick held significant roles as Chief Research Advisor at The Incentive Research Foundation, Vice President of Strategy Consulting at Magid, Global Practice Lead at JD Power, and Senior Strategy Consultant at Maritz CX.
