Bernice Grech

Bernice Grech currently serves as the Head of Customer Portfolio Risk and Ongoing Monitoring Lead at BVNK since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bernice Grech accumulated significant experience at Trustly from February 2018 to January 2024, holding multiple positions including AML Underwriting Manager and AML Governance Specialist. Earlier experience includes a Senior Compliance Administrator role at STM Malta Trust & Company Management Limited and a Corporate Services Officer position at CSB Group. Starting from a foundation as a Compliance Executive at Binary, Bernice Grech's career began in the Northway Group of Companies, where various roles included Training Coordinator and Electronic Funds Transfer Agent. Bernice Grech’s early experience also includes working as a Croupier at Oracle Casino. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at Edinburgh Business School, Bernice Grech holds a degree in European Studies with Communications from the University of Malta.
